Terry St.Pierre I place a high value on respect, particularly the capacity to respect diversity. I enjoy working within organizations to expand this capacity and thereby expand innovation, satisfaction and results. Biography An expert in coaching and facilitation for leadership development and individual and team results, Terry has a unique ability to build relationships with clients that allow them to recognize their results and accomplishments. Knowing she is making a difference with others provides satisfaction in her work and personal life. Terry attended Ball State University, majoring in social work and political science, and the University D'Estraniere where she earned a language certificate in Italian. In 1980 she joined an international educational organization where she developed and managed a staff of 300+, facilitated three-day programs on communication in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, the U.S. and Canada and coordinated events with 300 to 500 attendees. Later she worked in real estate and was part of a start-up company, Ecofiber, where she was responsible for sales of the firm's line of environmentally-friendly fabrics and clothing. Terry joined GLG in 1995 and works with clients in leadership development and breakthrough results, facilitates training and coaches participants, thus consistently helping them realize exponential returns on their training investment. Committed to life-long learning, she is driven by respect for others, producing results and honest, authentic, open communication in her personal and professional work. |
