Robert Weinberg We spend so much of our lives engaged with work and our careers. I am committed that people be as energized and self-expressed in their professional lives as they are in every other aspect of life. The work we do allows leaders to create organizational environments that foster this. Biography Robert L. Weinberg, Ph.D. has been coaching senior executives and consulting business leaders for more than 15 years. Gifted with an ability to help others produce results far beyond what would be predictable, Robert has the insight to see clearly into complex situations and distill simple, actionable solutions. Having worked with a wide range of professionals, from dot com entrepreneurs to CEOs of large organizations, Robert assists these leaders in balancing competing agendas to create winning outcomes. In 1992, Robert began work as a consultant and senior program leader with the Generative Leadership Group, based in New Jersey. Robert understands the dynamics of the managerial mind. He has designed and conducted leadership development programs and designed coaching plans for hundreds of managers, directors and executives. He uses this knowledge along with his time-tested distinctions to help current and emerging leaders catalyze their thinking, develop their skills and distribute their insights effectively throughout their business teams. Having worked with a wide range of client organizations, Robert also has extensive experience in the fields of science, real estate and finance. Robert has a B.A. in Biology from Brown University, and his Ph.D. in Molecular Biology & Biochemistry from UC Berkeley. In addition to many years of individual developmental work and practical experience he is certified as a practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Neurological Repatterning and Ericksonian hypnosis. Robert is passionate about community. He is an active Coach and Mentor with the SAGE Scholars Program at UC Berkeley. He is also active in local service projects and serves as Board President for CVE, Inc. a major not-for-profit. He lives in San Francisco with his wife, Rita Hovakimian and their two cats, Sam and Simone. |
