Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership
The Center for Leadership Studies and The Graduate Institute offer an unparalleled accredited Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership. This is an extraordinary degree, offered to only a limited cohort of passionate senior leaders who know that extraordinary results are possible — and who are committed to mastering for themselves what it takes to develop leaders in their organization.
This is an applied, practical learning experience that is immediately applicable to your work. There are no abstract cases — it's real-world, real-time work focused on your future. In this program, you, your job and the demands of your business are the case study.
Current participants in the program report results that were unthinkable when they started. They are setting an example for their peers, being noticed by their bosses, and delivering bottom-line ROI to their companies.
If you are a leader delivering good results, but know there is something more you have to contribute ... if you can see beyond current expectations to new possibilities for you, your team and your company ... then this program could be for you.
The research behind the program is the outcome of 15 years of applied work with thousands of leaders. We have distilled this learning into a rigorous accredited master's degree program that will revolutionize how you think about leadership. During the program:
- You'll be coached and taught by experts, supported by a network of current and former cohort members, and learn new skills that are immediately applicable to your day-to-day accountabilities.
- You will discover how to have your actions be more effective and your results increase dramatically, and you will gain the ability to demonstrate new levels of leadership yourself, as well as to generate leadership in others around you.
- You will not only master the material and practices of leadership, but you will also produce documented breakthrough results in your job through leadership.
