Paul de Haas
I know I've made a difference if I can help people discover or rediscover their ability to design their lives and futures.
Biography
Paul brings 30 years of experience in training people
in personal and organizational effectiveness to his work with GLG,
and has led engagements for more than 100,000 people worldwide.
After attending
college in the Netherlands where he majored in
economics, languages (he speaks five) and psychology, Paul came
to the United States in 1970 and majored in psychology and history
at San Francisco State
College.
From 1974 to 1992, the focus of his work was primarily
helping people design life, manage time, and transform their relationship
to money. He is the co-author of "The Prosperity Handbook – Winning
the Money Game".
In 1992 he joined GLG, where he has worked with
our clients in the areas of teambuilding and co-creation, cross-functional
communication,
strategic design and implementation, breakthrough project design,
conflict resolution, leadership development and executive coaching.
Paul also trains
internal consultants, both at GLG and in our client system.
In
his spare time Paul enjoys reading and writing. After 30 years
of working with individuals and organizations, Paul asserts that
the single most useful principle he realized is that each and
every person wants to
be heard and very few people are listening. Paul is committed to "diminishing
the separateness and duality we experience as individuals – in relationships,
as groups, communities, religions, countries, ethnic origins, and
political parties."
