Joyce Dowdall I believe that people come to work committed to contributing and making a difference. Leaders have the potential every day to create opportunities for that to happen. When they do, the results that are produced around them exceed anything they would have believed were possible. Biography Joyce is a partner with Generative Leadership Group and a co-designer of our groundbreaking work in systemic organizational design and leadership development. Since joining Generative Leadership Group in 1996, Joyce has worked with clients ranging from venture-funded start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. She is passionate about enabling organizations to create and execute successful growth strategies for their businesses and their people. Combining her skills in design, coaching and consulting with practical business acumen and a distinctive ability to “see the forest and the trees,” her results-oriented approach is appreciated whether she is leading a large-scale acquisition integration or coaching an individual client. Joyce began her career with the Canadian telecommunications industry. After holding positions in operations, sales and marketing she transitioned to organizational development. Called upon to develop a virtual corporate university to support an alliance of over 15,000 employees, Joyce integrated educational content with advanced work in leadership, culture creation and organizational design. During this time, Joyce became a client of Generative Leadership Group and used our methodologies across the alliance. This combination of business experience and hands-on application of GLG's approach has benefited many of our clients, allowing Joyce to help them integrate their existing business practices with new ways to create context, and generate leadership, communication and results at all scales. Joyce is personally committed to living a life of love and inspiration that mirrors the passion, joy and commitment she brings to her work with GLG’s clients. |
