Biography Heather Marasse is a partner with Generative Leadership Group, and has been with the company since 1997. Prior to joining GLG she spent 14 years in telecommunications. Her professional background is in marketing (particularly product and service development), organizational strategy, sales support and the implementation of change. Most of Heather’s career has been spent working with executives to determine strategies for the future of their business, and to develop the leadership skills and capabilities necessary for successful implementation. Heather has a unique talent for understanding strategic business issues and their impact on the human systems within organizations. She has worked with numerous clients to help them undertake significant initiatives in their business and she is known for her ability to make change happen with grace and ease. Heather enjoys facilitating creativity and innovation among teams at all levels within an organization. She particularly appreciates the opportunity that her work provides to connect with people who are passionate about their contributions to their companies, customers, employees and communities. |
