The Programs
Over the years, our clients have asked us for a way to have the tools, skills and techniques we provide more broadly available in their organizations. In response, we have developed a training and education curriculum, which is now available to all organizational leaders, to support your need for effective ways to do more with less, and grow through innovation.
This fall we are offering two programs. Class size is restricted to allow for maximum participation and personal attention. Both of these programs are designed to enable leaders to further develop their abilities to lead innovation and achieve unprecedented results. Our programs are designed for senior executive, high potentials, and managers/individual contributors, and are customized to produce the results your organization wants to achieve. Each program uses your real work experience and projects as the “business content” of the course. We don’t use any theoretical, abstract case studies, but will help you apply new distinctions directly to real business situations that are relevant to your job and immediate concerns. Your success will be measured in part by how much progress you make in these situations.
A results-oriented 2-day workshop in which you learn and apply powerful communication practices to your current business projects in an action-learning model. You enhance your ability to produce extraordinary business results and are supported by a professional coach as you put what you learn into practice.
